Ammy Virk, Sonam Bajwa launch trailer of Kudi Haryane Val Di in Mumbai

New Delhi: The trailer of the upcoming Punjabi-Haryanvi cross-cultural Kudi Haryane Val Di in Punjab and Chori Haryane Aali in Haryanvi was launched in Mumbai with the national film media by the lead stars of the film Ammy Virk, Sonam Bajwa along with stalwarts Yashpal Sharma, Yograj Singh and Ajay Hooda. Also present were writer & director Rakesh Dhawan and producers Pawan Gill and Aman Gill.

This is the first Punjabi film to be released with two titles in Punjabi and Haryanvi, aiming to reach beyond Punjabi audiences, to capture Hindi audiences who also love Punjabi cinema. The trailer delivers exactly what the film has been promising a comedy romance entertainer that audiences of all ages and demographics can enjoy!

Sonam Bajwa is playing a Haryanvi character for the first time speaking the language for the first time and as seen in the trailer she seems like a natural with her witty punches and one-liners keeping the desi Punjabi jatt Ammy Virk on his toes. Punjabi audiences worldwide have been excited to see this cross-cultural entertainer for some time and to see their favourite actors on screen together in a new avatar, and surely Ammy and Sonam stir their audiences’ excitement even more for this summer bonanza!

In the film, Yograj Singh is making sure to cause mayhem all around, for Ammy and Sonam and also all others in Punjab and Haryana and this sure looks like a mad entertainer concept. Yashpal Sharma is playing the tough Haryanvi father of Sonam, someone Ammy needs to impress to win his lady love and Haryanvi superstar Ajay Hooda is playing the conflict in this love story. From what we’ve seen in the trailer the film has all the ingredients to engage audiences all over India!!

Kudi Haryane Val Di release date

The film is written and directed by Rakesh Dhawan writer of blockbuster films Honsla Rakh, and Chal Mera Putt, produced by Pawan Gill, Aman Gill, and Sunny Gill the producers of blockbuster Punjabi films Shadaa and Puaada and Jersey and Shehzada in Hindi. Kudi Haryane Vali Di / Chori Haryane Aali will be released worldwide on 14th June 2024.
