New Delhi: Neeraj Goyat is all set for his high-anticipating boxing match against Whindersson Nunes at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on November 16, Saturday. Ahead of his mega-fight, Goyat went on to India’s biggest comedy show ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’.
In the show, Goyat met with Zomato’s CEO Deepinder Goyal, and teased him with his one-lines. Goyat said ‘It’ll be great if I get a Zomato sponsor in my chest’ and Deepinder laughed at Goyat’s one line.
After the show, Zomato’s CEO announced that Zomato would be his official sponsor and would be backing him to win the fight against Nunes. He also praised Goyat’s attitude and was inspired by his story.

Goyat will be against Nunes in his upcoming bout, the fight will be in six rounds and Goyat is training hard for his next fight. The fight will be in the middleweight division and there is no title on the line but it will be a great match-up for both fighters.
Who is Neeraj Goyat?
Neeraj Goyat is an Indian boxer, who represented India 24 times in the boxing ring. Goyat has won 18 fights out of 24 in his professional career. He is also the WBC Asia champion. Goyat began his boxing career in 2006 and won major titles. He is a three-time WBC Asia champion and also won the gold medal at the Youth National tournament.
Goyat faced a car accident in 2019 and everybody thought that this would be the end of his boxing career. But Goyat’s warrior mindset helped him and he made a strong comeback in 2021.
