New Delhi: Banks in some states will be closed on Wednesday, July 17 in view of Muharram. In Tripura, banks will be closed for two consecutive days – Wednesday and Thursday – for Muharram and Kharchi Puja. Let’s see list of states where banks will remain closed on Muharram and other festivals in July 2024.

List of states where banks will remain closed for Muharram on July 17: Tripura, Mizoram, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerela, Andhra Pradesh,  Telangana, Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, New Delhi, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkahand, Meghalaya and Himachal Pradesh.
