New Delhi: Belrise Industries IPO is all set to open for subscription on May 21, 2025 and close on 23rd May. The public offer is a bookbuilding issue of Rs 2,15 crore, entirely a fresh issue of 23.89 crore shares.
Belrise Industries IPO price band is set in the range of Rs 85 to Rs 90 per share. The retail investors are required to bid for a minimum lot size of 166 shares, for which the investor has to invest Rs 14,110. The applicants applying in the NII category, have to bid for 14 lots, for which Rs 2,09,160 investment is required. The bNII portion investors are mandated to apply for 67 lots, amounting to Rs 10,00,980.

The Belrise Industries IPO allotment is expected to be finalised on May 26, 2025. The refunds process for unsuccessful investors is likely to start on May 27, while the shares are expected to be credited to the demat accounts for eligible investors on the same date. The shares will list on BSE, NSE with a tentative listing date fixed as 28th May.
The half of the IPO size is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 35 per cent for retail investors and the remaining 15 per cent for non-institutional investors.
According to investorgain, Belrise Industries IPO latest GMP stood at Rs 13. With the price band of Rs 90, the shares of the company are expected to be listed at Rs 103 per equity share, indicating a gain of around 14 per cent. The grey market figures are not official.

According to the Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), the IPO is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares with no Offer For Sale (OFS) component. In its IPO papers, the company has said that it plans to utilise proceeds worth Rs 1,618 crore for the payment of debt. The company’s financial mentions that it had borrowings of close to Rs 2,600 crore in its books as of December 2024.
Belrise Industries is engaged in the business of manufacturing automotive components like, safety-critical systems and other engineering solutions for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, four-wheelers, commercial vehicles and agri-vehicles.
It has its clients in the domestic sector and international markets, including Austria, Slovakia, the UK, Japan and Thailand.
The company;s clients include, Bajaj Auto, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Hero MotoCorp, Jaguar Land Rover and Royal Enfield Motors.
