Kohli and Rohit are two of the most popular figures in the current Indian cricket team and their fans rarely leave an opportunity to interact with the duo or get their autographs. Rohit, who often obliges to fan’s requests for selfies and autographs, once again displayed his humble side during his interaction with his fan in Pune.
India look to bounce back against New Zealand
Rohit-led India will aim to bounce back and level the three-match series 1-1 when they lock horns with New Zealand in the 2nd Test at the MCA Stadium in Pune on Thursday, October 24. New Zealand defeated India by 8 wickets in the 1st Test in Bengaluru to go 1-0 up in the series and record their first Test victory in India after 36 years.
India suffered a terrible batting collapse in their first innings to get bundled out for 46 runs before New Zealand posted a strong total of 402 runs in their first innings. India did produce a fightback in their second innings by riding on Sarfaraz Khan’s brilliant 150 and Rishabh Pant’s 99 to post 452 runs on the board. However, it was not enough as New Zealand secured a historic victory in the rain-affected game.
