Tel Aviv: Iran fired several rockets towards Israel hours after intelligence warned of an imminent attack in Tel Aviv, the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) said on Tuesday. According to reports, sirens continued to sound across Israel alerting people to rush towards the border. Some media reports in Israel have suggested that over 100 missiles have been launched from Iran. This comes after Israel eliminated Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah in a major strike on September 27 in Lebanon.
Speaking to Republic TV, one of the Indian students in Tel Aviv said that it’s one of the worst attack they were witnessing. He told that there were sirens all around the city as people rushed towards bunkers and shelters.
Speaking from a shelter, he further said that they heard very loud explosions from different parts of the city, adding it was very strong attack by Iran.
