Ohio: At least one person has been shot dead and several injured as 27 people were shot at a birthday party in Ohio’s Akron in the wee hours of Sunday. The suspect is still at large. According to local reports, multiple hospitals are on lockdown after the shooting incident. The injured are being treated at multiple local hospitals.
The authorities have asked locals to stay away from the shooting site for safety reasons and so that they can carry on their probe without any hindrance. Eyewitnesses claimed that chaotic scenes ensued at the shooting site at Kelly Avenue as people ran for their lives with numerous shots being heard.
