Chhath bank holidays
Banks will remain closed for 4 days in some cities against the backdrop of Chhath festivities. Banks will remain shut from November 7, 2024, to November 10, 2024, for Chhath, according to RBI’s official calendar, making it a Chhath Puja long weekend. While Thursday and Friday will be offs for Chhath Puja, Saturday and Sunday are designated offs for bank staffers, as per RBI rules.
