The design carefully considered the needs of both residents and commuters. The residential building and the railway were designed as separate structures so that the residents won’t be disturbed and special materials were used on the light-rail train so that there would be minimal noise and vibration. The building has 19 floors with the first five floors being business areas, the 6th to 8th floors being the rail station and the 9th to 19th floors being the residential area.
