3. Stay well-hydrated in an air-conditioned room and drink at least 10 glasses of water daily.
4. Moisturize the skin as suggested by the doctor and invest in a good humidifier to combat the impact of AC on the skin.
5. Avoid using soaps or any other chemical-laden products that can dry out the skin. Use mild soaps and products advised by the expert.
