500 grams of fish
6 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp curry leaves, finely chopped
1 whole lemon
Water as needed
Salt to taste

Instructions

Clean the fish pieces and make deep slashes in them.
Mix all the ingredients for marination together, including the lemon juice. Ensure that only a minimal amount of water is added to form a thick paste.
