Washington DC: Indians have gathered in large numbers outside the White House, to protest against the atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh.

The people are seen raising slogans like ‘Save Hindus in Bangladesh’; visuals surface.

Bangladesh Unrest: Protests Outside White House

Several people, mostly Indians are protesting against the ongoing attacks on Hindus and minorities in Bangladesh, across the globe.

Visuals of protests at the White House have now surfaced online.

‘End Ethnic Cleansing of Hindus’

It can be seen in the visuals that the people are raising slogans outside the official residence of the US President. 

While one slogan reads, ‘Save Hindus in Bangladesh’, another says, ‘End Ethnic Cleansing of Hindus’.

Attacks on Hindus and Minorities in Bangladesh

Bangladesh has been the centre of attraction for the entire world for the last few months, more so, after the students-led protest against government job quota became violent and led to the resignation of Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

After Sheikh Hasina resigned and fled the country, the situation became more grim as attacks on Hindus and minorities in Bangladesh increased and resulted in a rising death toll.

The attacks on Hindus in Bangladesh has been a cause of worry for India and Indians from across the world; protests against this have been taking place in different parts of the world including the UN Headquarters, UK Parliament and the White House in US.
