  • 1 generous pinch of grated nutmeg or ground nutmeg

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons spring onion greens – chopped, for garnish

How to Make Vegetable Soup

Follow these simple steps to prepare a nutritious bowl of vegetable soup:

Preparation

  • Start by finely chopping a small amount of garlic and ginger. Measure and set them aside.
  • Next, finely chop the vegetables you are going to add to the soup. This recipe uses spring onions, cabbage, carrots, capsicum, and French beans.

Sautéing Aromatics
