New Delhi: HDFC Bank has planned a scheduled outage to undertake maintenance of its services. The country’s largest private bank has planned maintenance on June 9 and June 16, 2024. Credit card users will not be able to redeem reward points on their card between 11 PM on June 8, 2024 to 5 AM on June 9, 2024. Mutual fund subscribers will not be able to carry out transactions between 1 AM and 2 AM on Sunday, June 9, 2024. Demat transactions, including buying and selling of shares, will not be available between 1 AM and 5 AM on June 9, 2024.
Services closed on June 9 and June 16, 2024
The following services will not be available between 3:30 AM and 6:30 AM on June 9, 2024 and between 3:30 am and 7:30 am on June 16, 2024:
Account-related services such as balance view or statement download.
Customers will not be able to change their password in case they have forgotten it.
Tax services such as tax e-filing and accessing Form 26AS will now be possible during this period.
Customers will not be able to carry out deposits during this period.
Services such as changing your PIN< updating your contact details, or changing your transaction limit will not be allowed.
Bill payments, recharges and credit card bill payments will not be available on this date.
Customers will not be able to conduct international money transfers, or buy or reload foreign exchange, apart from prepaid and gift cards.
Customers may not be able to invest in RBI bonds or mutual funds, or carry out transactions from their demat account.
IMPS, NEFT and RTGS fund transfers will not be possible
Instant account opening will be disabled during this period
Payments related to CBDT and external and merchant payments
Bank-to-bank and UPI transactions cannot be allowed during this period
Customers will not be able to avail of or carry out insurance related services
Part-payment and renewal of gold loans are also not possible during this period.
