New Delhi: Wet outfield forced abadonement of the thid day’s action of the second Test between India and Bangladesh without a ball being bowled in Kanpur on Sunday.
It was the second consecutive day the no action was possible though there was no rain since morning on Sunday and sunshine appeared during the final inspection at 2 pm IST.
The umpires decided to call off the day’s action after making three inspections as they raised concerns over several soggy patches on the outfield.
