New Delhi: As actor Jitendra Kumar basks in the success of long-awaited series Panchayat season 3, Netflix India announced the release date of Kota Factory season 3 – well, they almost announced the release date. Confused? Well, delve inside the story to know more!

On Thursday, 30 May, Netflix India dropped an announcement video featuring Jitendra Kumar, who essays the role of Jeetu Bhaiya in the critically-acclaimed series. In the black-and-white video, Jeetu, who is wearing a dark green shirt and brown trousers, write a math equation on board, asking fans to solve it to find out the release date. However, the video doesn’t reveal or confirm the release date of Kota Factory season 3 and lefty on the fans to guess it.

The highly-anticipated third season of Kota Factory will likely release on June 20, as guessed by fans. The show will premiere on Netflix India. The caption of the announcement video read, “Surprise test. Kota Factory: Season 3 out on June…”

Meanwhile, there were a few fans who also guessed June 15 and June 28 as the release date, prompting a user to comment, “Those answering anything other than 20 June, were you/are you even a IIT aspirant ever?”

About Kota Factory

Kota Factory is created by Saurabh Khanna, directed by Raghav Subbu and produced by Arunabh Kumar. It first premiered in 2019 on TVF Play and YouTube, before getting picked for its season two by Netflix India in 2021.

The show follows 16-year-old Vaibhav as he moves to Kota, aiming to crack the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and het admission in an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). The series also features Ahsaas Channa, Alam Khan, Ranjan Raj, Revathi Pillai, and Urvi Singh in important roles.
