New Delhi: Former India cricketer MS Dhoni and his wife Sakshi Dhoni celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary on July 4, Thursday. The fan club page of IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK) shared a special video of the couple cutting a cake.

Sakshi also posted a collage picture that shows photos of her and Dhoni from their younger days. ‘Starting our 15th year’ Sakshi wrote in an Instagram post on her official account. MS Dhoni got married to Sakshi Dhoni on July 4, 2010 in a closed ceremony at Vishranti Resort in Deheradun. The couple welcomed their daughter Ziva Dhoni in 2015 when MS Dhoni was leading Team India in 2015 ODI World Cup.
In his 20 years of illustrious career, MS Dhoni won the inaugural T20 World Cup in 2007, ODI World Cup in 2011 and Champions Trophy in 2013. He also won five IPL trophies and two Champions League trophies with CSK. Dhoni stepped down from CSK’s captaincy before the start of IPL 2024 and passed the baton to Ruturaj Gaikwad. Under Gaikwad’s leadership, CSK finished fifth in the IPL 2024 points table after RCB defeated CSK in the must-win clash.

After India’s victory MS Dhoni posted photo on his official Instagram account and wrote “CHAMPIONS 2024.My heart rate was up,well done on being calm, having the self belief and doing what u guys did.
