Ingredients for  making Mango Shahi Tukda

4 slices of bread
2 ripe mangoes, chopped
1 cup milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Ghee for frying
2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
A few saffron strands soaked in warm milk

Method for making Mango Shahi Tukda

Cut the bread slices into triangles and deep fry them in ghee until golden brown. Set aside.
In a pan, heat milk, add condensed milk and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add cardamom powder and saffron strands soaked in milk. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
In a serving dish, arrange the fried bread pieces. Pour the prepared milk syrup over them. Top with chopped mangoes and nuts.
