Newlyweds Munawar Faruqui, Mehzabeen’s FIRST pic after nikah takes internet by storm

New Delhi: Bigg Boss 17 fame Munawar Faruqui and his wife Mehzabeen Coatwala’s first picture as husband and wife surfaced on the internet on Wednesday, 29 May. The comedian married for the second time in a secret wedding ceremony earlier this month, with his close family members and friends in attendance. Mehzabeen belongs to the Memon community and is a makeup artist by profession.

The first picture of the newlyweds, Munawar Faruqui, Mehzabeen Coatwala went viral on the web on Wednesday. In the photo, the newly-married couple can be seen cutting a cake. While the comedian can be seen clad in a white shirt and a pair of beige pants, Coatwala opted for a purple-coloured suit. Munawar and Mehzabeen made their first public appearance as a couple reportedly after the nikah.

According to the reports, Mehzabeen and Munawar recently met through work and developed fondness for each and other and decided to settle down. On 26 May, the couple got married in a nikah ceremony in the presence of family members and close friends. Reportedly, to maintain the privacy, guests were not allowed to bring their mobile phones to the wedding venue, ensuring no wedding photos are leaked.

The rumours of their wedding surfaced online after Munawar’s fan account put up a post claiming that he has wed for the second time. A picture of the wedding invitation has also been surfacing on the internet and is claimed to be that of Munawar’s. The rumours were fueled after Hina Khan put a photo of herself on her Instagram Stories with the song, Meri Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai.

Previously, Munawar made headlines after his ex-girlfriends Ayesha and Nazila Sitashi accused him of cheating.
