According to the reports, rapper Snoop Dogg, Billie Eilish and the Red Hot Chili Peppers will perform in the closing ceremony. The closing ceremony will also include the extinguishing of the Olympic Flame and the transfer of the Olympic Flag to the Organising Committee of the Los Angeles Olympics.
Artistic director Thomas Jolly, who designed the opening ceremony of the Summer Games 2024 is also directing the closing ceremony. Jolly has given the theme to the closing ceremony as ‘Records’.
