PKL 11: Complete list of Pro Kabaddi League winners from 2014 to 2024

New Delhi: Haryana Steelers made history by winning their maiden Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) trophy as they defeated three-time PKL champion Patna Pirates in the final of PKL season 11 with a score line of 32-23. Mohammadreza Shadloui led his team by scoring another High 5 against the Pirates. He scored five tackle points and also made two points in raiding.

Shivam Patare also showcased his all-round performance in the big final as he scored four raid points and four tackle points in the match. Vinay also supported him well by scoring six crucial points in the match against Pirates.

Steelers’ head coach Manpreet Singh finally won his first PKL trophy as a coach. He was unsuccessful in winning PKL title in season 5,6 and 10. Steelers also lost the final of previous edition of PKL against Puneri Paltan.

Steelers came with a plan of stopping Pirates two star raider Devank and Ayan and executed well as both raiders scored only seven raid points combined. Shadloui caught Devank thrice in the match.

Steelers took the lead early in the match and ended the first half with a score line of 15-12. Pirates made a small comeback in the second half but Shivam and Shadloui landed the first all-out of the match on Pirates and sealed the match for themselves.

Shadloui won the Most Valuable Player award in the PKL season 11 and finished the season with most tackle points in PKL 11.

Patna are the most successful franchise in PKL history as they won the title three times. Jaipur Pink Panthers won the title twice. Defending champions Puneri Paltan were eliminated in the league stage of PKL season 11.
