- In a blender, add manoges, mint leaves, cumin seeds, and green chilli.
- Add a little water and blend well.
- Now add salt to taste and blend for 1 minute.

4. Mango Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- ½ raw mango, grated
- 1 tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves
- 1 dry red chilli, peanuts
- 1 tsp turmeric, salt to taste
Method:
- Take a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chilli along with oil for tempering.
- Now add peanuts, turmeric and mango.
- Mix the rice well and let it cook for 2 minutes, and serve hot.
5. Mango Kulfi
Ingredients:
1 cup mango pulp
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup cream
Cardamom powder
Method:
- In a bowl, take out all the mango pulp and remove the seeds.
- Add condensed milk and full cream.
- Mix well and add cardamom powder.
- Pour the mix into the moulds and freeze for 8 hours.
- Unmould and serve chilled.
