- ½ cup tomato purée
- ½ cup fresh cream
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 cup chicken stock or water
Instructions
- Clean the chicken thoroughly, make deep slits, and coat it with the marinade ingredients. Allow it to rest for at least 4 hours.

- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp rose water

- Heat ghee in a pan and roast the vermicelli until golden brown.
- In a separate pan, bring the milk to a boil, then simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add the roasted vermicelli, chopped dates, sugar, and nuts. Stir well and cook until the mixture thickens.
