Moscow: An Mi-28 military helicopter crashed in an uninhabited area of southwestern Russia, killing the crew, Russian news agency TASS said on Thursday quoting an official.
“An Mi-28 crashed in the Kaluga region… the crew died,” it said quoting the defence personnel.
Meanwhile, another news agency Interfax citing a defence ministry statement stated that as per preliminary information, the helicopter crashed due to a technical malfunction.
