New Delhi: The shares of Reliance Power, Welpsun Corp, Triveni Engineering and Industries, State Bank of India (SBI), ITC, IndiGo, and Bharti Airtel will be in news on February 6, 2025 (Thursday).
The benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty on February 5 ended lower ahead of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) MPC meeting outcome on February 7 (Friday). The indices settled lower as investors turned cautious. The 30-share BSE Sensex declined 312.53 points to end at 78,271.28. The NSE Nifty dropped 42.95 points to 23,696.30.
Reliance Power share price
In its Q3 Results of 2024-25, Reliance Power posted a net profit of Rs 41.95 as compared to a loss of Rs 1,136.75 crore in the year-ago quarter. In an exchange filing, the Anil Ambani-led company’s total income increased to Rs 2,159.44 crore during the October-December quarter. It was Rs 1,998.79 crore in the same quarter of 2023-24.
Welpsun Corp share price
Welpsun Corp shares will be in focus today after the company announced its Q3 earnings on Wednesday. In its financials, the company reported over 100 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 672.19 crore in the October-December quarter. The firm has posted a net profit of Rs 293.70 crore in the third quarter of 2023-24. The firm’s total income declined to Rs 3,656.57 crore; it was from Rs 4,758.17 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. The company’s order book remains strong as it touched Rs 15,000 crore mark as of December 2024.
Triveni Engineering share price
The shares of sugar company Triveni Engineering and Industries will be in news as the company declared its October-December 2024-25 results on Wednesday. The sugar firm posted a 69 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 42.57 crore as against a net profit of Rs 137.40 crore in the third quarter of 2023-24. The total income increased 3 per cent to Rs 1,600 crore during Q3 of the current financial year. It was Rs 1,553.64 crore a year ago.
IndiGo, SBI and more
IndiGo shares are expected to be in focus today after GST authorities imposed penalties totalling Rs 115.86 crore on the airline. IndiGo stock ended with gains at Rs 4,411 on Wednesday. The shares of SBI, ITC, Bharti Airtel, will be in news today as the companies will announce their Q3 Results 2024-25 today.
Airtel shares closed at Rs 1,657.80 apiece on February 5, 2025
SBI share price ended at Rs 765.50
ITC stock settled at Rs 448.50.
