All eyes will be on the earnings of Bajaj Auto, L&T Finance, CRISIL, Alok Industries and more. Here are stocks that are likely to remain in focus on Tuesday, July 16, 2024:

Vedanta: The commodities giant will open its qualified institutional placement on Tuesday with a floor price of Rs 461.26 per share. The company is eyeing a Rs 7,000 crore fundraise via QIP.

Hatsun Agro: The dairy company reported a 6.3 per cent surge in net profit to Rs 131 crore in Q1FY25. The company declared a Rs 6 interim dividend.

Unichem Labs: The Pharma company’s Goa facility inspection was completed by the US FDA team which gave 5 observations.

Airline stocks: In a major benefit to airlines, the civil aviation ministry stated that a uniform IGST rate of 5 per cent will be imposed on jet parts to boost the domestic MRO market.

HDFC Life: The life insurer’s management stated that the share of ULIPs in earnings is expected to moderate, even as annuities present a long-term business opportunity.

Ujaas Energy: The company’s board gave its nod for a bonus share issuance for every 4 shares held by stakeholders.

Banking stocks: RBi’s revised master direction on fraud risk management requires lenders to allow a 21-day window for borrowers to file their response to a bank’s query regarding non-repayments of loans.

LUPIN: The pharma major said it will sell the US commercial women’s health specialty business to Evofem Lifesciences for $84 million.

HUL: The FMCG giant has cleared the sale and divestment of its water purification business Pureit to AO Smith India. The deal is valued at $72 million, according to an exchange filing.

RVNL: The railways PSU stock may be considered for inclusion in the MSCI Global Standard Index next month, according to the brokerage Nuvama’s research arm. The company also secured a Rd 160 crore order from the East Coast Railways.

Suzlon: The renewables energy comoany inked an agreement for the supply and maintenance of wind turbines for CESC.

Zomato: The food aggregator’s stock will be in focus after the company hiked its platform fee, making founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal a billionaire.
