New Delhi: The stocks of Kalpataru Projects International, Tube Investments of India, and Waaree Renewable Technologies are likely to be in focus on May 19, 2025, Monday. The benchmark stock indices BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty settled lower on May 16. The 30-share barometer declined 200.15 points to settle at 82,330.59, while the NSE Nifty dropped 42.30 points to 25,019.80.
Waaree Renewable Technologies secured a Rs 114 crore solar project order. Kalpataru Projects International Limited’s net profit increased over 29 percent to Rs 218 crore in Q4 of 2024-25. Tube Investments clocked Q4 consolidated PAT at Rs 158.19 crore.
Stock in Focus: Kalpataru Projects
Kalpataru Projects International declared its Q4 2024-25 Results and reported over 29 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 218.17 crore, while it was Rs 168.68 crore in the year-ago quarter. A regulatory filing showed that the company’s total income increased to Rs 7,079.93 crore in the January-March quarter as against Rs 5,991.37 crore a year ago.
The company mentioned that its revenues from engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) business surged to Rs 6,892.57 crore in the last quarter as compared to Rs 5,843.38 a year earlier.
In the fiscal 2024-25, Kalpataru Projects’ consolidated net profit increased to Rs 567.27 crore from Rs 515.90 crore in the previous financial year, while the total income went up to Rs 22,378.26 crore in the fiscal from Rs 19,690.42 crore a year ago.
Tube Investments share news
In the January-March 2025 quarter financial results, Tube Investments of India Ltd reported a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 158.19 crore, while it stood at Rs 274.46 crore during the corresponding quarter of last year.
The consolidated total income in the Q4 of FY25 increased to Rs 5,308.21 crore, as against Rs 4,573.48 crore during the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal.
For the full fiscal 2025, the company’s profit after tax was recorded at Rs 1,054.29 crore, and the total income stood at Rs 19,835.71 crore.
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share for the financial year 2024-25.
Stock in News: Waaree Renewable
Waaree Renewable Technologies shares are expected to be in focus on Monday after the company announced to bag an order for setting up a solar power project under Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana-2.0 for Rs 114.23 crore from a leading renewable energy firm.
As per the terms of the deal, the firm expects the project to be completed in 2025-26. The order value is approximately Rs 114.23 crore.
The company received the ‘Letter of Award for the execution of engineering, procurement and construction works of the solar power project including operation and maintenance (O&M) of 94 MW AC/131.6 MW DC capacity’.
