The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty swung between high, lows in volatile trade today morning ahead of US inflation data. The 30-share Sensex increased 55.04 points to 81,565.09 in the morning trade. The broader NSE Nifty went up 30.40 points to 24,640.45.
Mishtann Foods share price
After falling 50 per cent in the last few sessions Mishtann Food shares traded in positive territory at Rs 9.38 per equity share. It gained nearly 5 per cent as the markets opened today. The stock plummeted after Sebi on December 5, 2024 restrained Mishtann Foods and its promoter and CMD Hiteshkumar Gaurishankar Patel, from the securities markets till further orders. The market regulator took the action against the firm and its CMD for alleged financial mismanagement, fraudulent transactions, and corporate governance lapses.
ITI share price
ITI share price dropped over 6 per cent to trade at Rs 364.30 at around 10:10 am today. ITI stock was rising for the last few sessions. As per the latest price, the counter gained 26 per cent in the last five days. The share rallied after the company received a Rs 95 crore contract from the Directorate of Geology & Mining, Government of Uttarakhand, for its Mining Digital Transformation & Surveillance System (MDTSS) project.
Asian Paints share price
Asian Paints traded in positive at Rs 2,409 apiece at around 10:15 am today. The stock is trending as Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) increased its stake in Asian Paints to 7 per cent through open market purchases. The insurance behemoth bought the paint company stocks at an average cost of Rs 2891.25 per share this year.
Greaves Cotton share price
Greaves Cotton share price dropped nearly 4 per cent to Rs 241.81 today morning. The stock had increased on Tuesday after it was reported that ace market investor Vijay Kedia acquired 12 lakh shares through a block deal. The Greaves Cotton stock jumped 8 percent on December 9, to touch a 52-week high of Rs 215 on the NSE.
