The Calcutta High Court upheld a Rs 780 crore arbitration award in favour of Anil Ambani-led company in a dispute with DVC. Reliance Infra had emrged as the winner to set up a 1,200 MW thermal power plant in Purulia district of West Bengal for Rs 3,750 crore.
