New Delhi: The Festival of India 2024 is in full swing, captivating people of all ages with a blend of devotion, culture, and entertainment. Held at the Major Dhyanchand Stadium in Delhi, the festival, organized by TV9 Network, celebrates the joy of Durga Puja with grandeur. Today, on its fourth day, the festival promises a rich line of events for both the devout and the festive, starting from early morning rituals and continuing late into the night. The day begins with Navami Puja at 8:30 AM, setting a spiritual tone for the day. Devotees can participate in Pushpanjali, the traditional offering of flowers at 10:00 AM, followed by Bhog at 10:30 AM.

The rituals extend with a Havan at 11:00 AM for good wishes, leading into the Chandi Paath, a sacred recital, at 11:30 AM. The morning ends on a peaceful note with the distribution of Prasad at 1:30 PM. The day’s spiritual journey will culminate in a grand Sandhya Aarti from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The fourth day is dedicated to children, offering a variety of fun-filled activities like drawing, dancing, and fancy dress competitions. The Anand Mela, a fair highlighting India’s rich cultural diversity, will also engage young participants. Food lovers are in for a treat as more than 250 stalls from across India and abroad offer a range of delicacies. From Punjabi dishes and Lucknow’s kebabs to Rajasthani cuisine and Delhi’s famous chaat, the festival serves a mouth-watering experience. There’s also a variety of international fare, ensuring there’s something for every palate.
