New Delhi: The action-packed early prelims of UFC 304 just finished at Co-op Live arena, Manchester, England on July 28, Sunday. In the early prelims card, fans saw two great TKO victories and two submission victories by the fighters, Opening bout in the early prelims card was between Shauna Bannon and Alice Ardelean.
1. Shauna Bannon defeated Alice Ardelean
This fight was a great matchup as Ardelean came into the fight with controversy as she became the first OnlyFans model to debut in UFC. Bannon won her first fight in the UFC as she defeated Ardelean by a split decision. Bannon was hard to beat at feet but Ardelean showed great skills on the ground but unfortunately lost the match by split decision (28-29,29-28,30-27).
2. Mick Parkin defeated Rodrigo Nascimento
Parkin TKO Nascimento in the first round itself with barrages of punches, the heavyweight maintained his unbeaten streak and is now 4-0 in UFC and 10-o overall, with the stoppage victory over Nascimento setting Parkin into a great matchup against ranked heavyweights in UFC.
3. Sam Patterson defeated Kiefer Crossfire
The local prospect made a statement as Patterson submitted Crossfire in the first round via arm-triangle choke, it was his consecutive second victory in the UFC and just finished the career of Crossfire. Crossfire nearly fought 30 fights in the UFC and lost four bouts of his five bouts. Patterson threw some good punches in the starting minutes and landed a great uppercut to put Crossfire on the ground and then quickly locked an arm-triangle choke and submitted Crossfire.
4. Modestas Bukaukas defeated Marcin Prachino
The light heavyweight bout also finished with a submission as Bukaukas came out on top and delivered an arm-triangle choke in round three. Bakauskas dominated the fight as he struck more and kept Prachnio on his feet but Prachino also got some opportunities and wobbled Bakaukas but the difference was made by Bakaukas on the ground as he took the first two takedowns of his UFC career and submitted the Polish star in the third round.
5. Oban Elliott defeated Preston Parsons
Elliot made his two straight victories in the UFC and defeated Parson in a one-sided affair by unanimous decision. Elliott connected some goof right hands and defended the takedown efforts by Parson and won every striking exchange between both of them, It was just a clean victory from Elliott via unanimous (29-28,30-27,30-27).
