Anant Ambani’s Kalgi Costs Rs 160 Crores worn twice
Yesterday Anant Ambani chose a truly royal accessory which was a diamond-studded kalgi (brooch) on his golden safa (turban) and he also chose to wear it in his Barat as well. According to an Instagram post by Viral Bhayani, this magnificent kalgi is priced at a staggering Rs 160 crores! The kalgi adds an unparalleled touch of regality to Anant’s outfit, featuring intricate diamond work and a design fit for royalty. It was also worn on his red bandhani safa during the safa ceremony, further showcasing its grandeur. Anant is styled by Shaleena Nathani and his outfit is designed by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla.
The Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai, is hosting the Mangal Utsav. This state-of-the-art venue has been the backdrop for Anant and Radhika’s entire wedding series, from pre-wedding events to the grand wedding ceremony. Its elegant architecture and expansive spaces have provided a fitting setting for one of the most lavish weddings of the year.
Radhika Merchant looked radiant in a red and white lehenga designed by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla for the wedding. The lehenga featured intricate embroidery and luxurious fabrics. Anant Ambani complemented her in a red sherwani by Sabyasachi Mukherjee, adorned with intricate gold designs and emerald and diamond buttons.
Following the Mangal Utsav, there will be another special reception for the Ambani household staff on July 15 at the Jio World Centre. This event will offer a chance to celebrate with those who have been a part of the Ambani family’s journey.
