Upcoming IPOs: VVIP Infratech, RNFI Services, Chetana Education and 4 other IPOs next week

New Delhi: It’s going to be an SME IPOs dominated week, starting from Monday. Seven companies are slated to roll out their respective Small and Medium Sized Enterprise (SME) Initial Public Offers (IPOs) next week starting Monday, June 22, 2024. None of these are mainboard IPOs. On top of that, the Dalal Street is set to witness eight more IPO listings next week. Out of which, only one is in the mainboard segment and rest all others are SME IPOs. The D-Street is set to witness Rs 259 crore worth public issues (all SME IPOs) and listings worth Rs 833 crore from Monday July 22 to Friday July 26. Among these are VVIP Infratech, RNFI Services, and Chetana Education.

RNFI Services IPO

Financial solutions provider RNFI Services Limited’s stake sale process is set to open for subscriptions from Monday, July 22. The total size of the issue is Rs 70.81 crore. The SME IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 67.44 lakh shares. The bidding windows close on Wednesday July 24.

VVIP Infratech IPO

VVIP Infratech IPO size is Rs 61.21 crore. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 65.82 lakh shares. VVIP Infratech IPO dates are July 23-25. The shares of the SME IPO would tentatively list on BSE SME Tuesday, July 30.

Other companies that will bring IPOs next week are Clinitech Laboratory Limited, Aprameya Engineering Limited, Chetana Education Limited, Manglam Infra and Engineering Limited and V.L.Infraprojects Limited.

IPO listings next week

Sanstar Limited IPO

Plnat based food items manufacturer, Sanstar Limited’s mainboard IPO is amongst the eight other IPO listings next week. The Rs 510 crore worth public issue is already open for subscription since Friday, July 19. The public issue was fully subscribed four times its total size. Sanstar Limited IPO GMP today was at Rs 35, according to Investr Gain. The company’s shares would list on Friday, July 26.

Tunwal E-Motors IPO

Tunwal E-Motors IPO listing date is expected to be Tuesday, July 23 on NSE SME. The Rs 115 crore stake sale process is amongst the seven SME IPO listings next week. The company’s stocks’ traded in the grey market at premium of 5 after the issue closed for subscriptions on July 18. The stake process was oversubscribed 12 times its total size.

Other IPO listings next week are of Kataria Industries Limited, Macobs Technologies Limited, Sati Poly Plast Limited, Prizor Viztech Limited, Three M Paper Boards Limited and Aelea Commodities Limited.
