New Delhi: The spectators at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas were thrilled after seeing WWE legend Candice Michelle making a surprise appearance on Monday Night RAW. As soon as the episode was aired on television, fans couldn’t believe that Michelle indeed appeared on RAW. She was present as one of the guests along with another WWE legend Mark Henry who was in attendance with his son Jacob Henry.
The WWE veteran unexpectedly arrived at the arena as it had been a while since she last appeared at an event that is televised for the company. The 45-year-old competed in WWE during the Divas Era as she also became a Women’s Champion for once. She is known for her notable feuds with Torrie Wilson, Trish Stratus, Mickie James, and Beth Phoenix.

In 2009, she was released from her contract and her last televised bout in which she competed was 15 years ago on RAW as she bowed out with a loss against The Glamazon in under three minutes.
She did make a return to WWE a few years ago in 2019 for the RAW Reunion episode in which she won the 24/7 Championship during the segment that was held backstage where she pinned Barbie Blank aka Kelly Kelly. She subsequently lost the title to Alundra Blayze a few moments later.
She arrived for the event as a guest this week which has left the fans on the internet guessing the reason for her “unexpected return”. It is understood that Michelle isn’t a regular in making appearances for a long time now and her surprise arrival sent the fans wondering.
Why did Candice Michelle appear?
For those unversed, she was in the crowd for Damage CTRL’s match against Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark as they were to battle in a Women’s Tag Team Championship No. 1 Contender bout. The Damage CTRL stable features Dakota Kai, Iyo Sky, and The Kabuki Warriors (Kairi Sane and Asuka). Superstar Michelle was shown on camera and got an introduction as well. Not just her but Mark Henry also featured in the episode with his son Jacob.
