4 From Gujarat Killed in Toronto as Tesla Car Goes Up in Flames After Crashing Into Guardrail

New Delhi: In a tragic incident, four people, including two siblings, from Gujarat were killed after the car, they were travelling in, hit a guardrail and went into flames in Toronto in Canada on Thursday, according to media reports.

The reports further suggested that the group was returning after attending a birthday party when the tragedy unfolded.

The three victims have been identfied as Ketaba Gohil (29) and her brother Neelraj (25), and Jayrajsinh Sisodia (30), a resident of Borsad in Anand district.

While the siblings halied from Godhra in Panchmahal district, two others were from Anand district. Meanwhile, a 25-year-old woman who was travelling with them escaped with burn injuries.

According to a report by a Toronto-based news outlet, two truck drivers rushed to help the car occupants by smashing the windows as they heard them yelling.

The report further mentioned that the woman who was successfully pulled out of the car did not share any further information about the crash.

It is learnt that Ketaba had been living in Toronto for the last five years while Neelraj had shifted to Canada this January.

Their DNA profiling is likely to begin after their family gives a go ahead.
