New Delhi: It was an absolute goalfest at the London stadium where Arsenal managed to dismantle the home side West Ham United at their own turf to win the London derby. Just ten minutes into the game, it was the Arsenal defender Gabriel yet again, who scored from the corner. Saka’s inswinging ball caused the huge Brazilian to lose his marker and look ahead at the Gunners. The visitors were rewarded for their domination, while West Ham were punished for not being able to resist the pressure.
Arsenal kept on threatening as Mikel Arteta’s side produced a numerous chnaces before finally scoring their second goal, courtesy of the Belgian forward, Leandrfo Trossard. Saka picked out Trossard’s run after a fluid pass exchange with Martin Odegaard at the edge of the box. It was a beautiful team move that was completed by Trossard’s finish and Arsenal were running away with it, going 2-0 up. Just six minutes after the goal, Arsenal found their third as Odegaard managed to tuck it from the spot to make it 3-0 for the Gunners.

Well, if you think the third goal was a quick one, the fourth came right after Odegaard’s penalty, as just two minutes later, Kai Havertz joined the party with a neat finish after Trossard played a wonderful lofted pass to find him, making it 4-0. However, West Ham did respond with Wan Bissaka finding his name in the scoresheet for the second consecutive week running and their goal came just two minutes after the visitors scored their fourth.
That 10-minute period was truly unbelievable as the former Chelsea fullbakc Emerson scored West Ham’s second goal to make it 4-2 for the home side. He scored a fantastic free kick to beat David Raya, without a doubt, the goal of the day in this exciting clash. However, the final goal of the match came right at the end of the half, as Bukayo Saka managed to hit the ball from the spot, to find the back of the net, beating the former Arsenal goalkeeper, LukaszFabianski, who commited the foul in the first place to give away the penalty. An exciting London derby that was full of drama from the very first minute of the game, ended 5-2, in favour of Arsenal.

The English winger was everywhere on the pitch and produced one of his best ever performances for the Gunners, bagging two assists and a goal to make it a five-star performance. The Arsenal forward had a great night with the ball at his feet, as he was heavily involved in Arsenal’s attacking threat. Saka was heavily involved in the first one as he delivered a pin point inswinging delivery from the corner to find Gabriel, as he managed to connect with his head and steer the ball past the keeper.
The 23-year-old then controlled the ball incredibly as he received a return pass from Odegaard to slip in Trossard for the second goal that Arsenal scored. That made it twoo assist for the English winger, and he didn’t stop their, as he converted the final penalty to mke it 5-2 right before the first half. Overall, it was a fantastic performance by the winger, as he has been their top performer this season.
