New Delhi: Jaipur Pink Panthers defeated Tamil Thalaivas and knocked them out of the tournament at the Balewadi Sports Complex in Pune on December 15, Sunday. With this win, the Panthers moved to seventh position in the points table. They now have 59 points in 19 matches and will look to strengthen their position for the PKL playoffs.
Thalaivas are officially knocked out from the PKL 11 season. They started this season on a high note but after five matches their journey derailed and lost their way in PKL. Thalaivas have only 40 points in 19 matches and are sitting in the ninth position at the points table.
Ankush made a High 5 in the match as the match was slow-paced and no raider made a Super 10 in the match.

In the second match of the night, UP Yoddhas defeated U Mumba with a score line of 30-27. Yoddhas are now in third position in the points table with 64 points in 19 matches. Bhavani Rajput led the raiding pack for Yoddhas with scoring seven points in the match.
Mumba had the opportunity to climb up the points table but they failed to capitalise. Mumba are now in fourth position taking one point from the match against Yoddhas. They have 61 points in 19 matches. Mumba were trailing in the match from the start but made a small comeback in the last five minutes of the game but couldn’t cross the line.
