New Delhi: The excitement is at its peak as India gear up to take on arch-rivals Pakistan in a blockbuster clash in the upcoming Champions Trophy 2025. The marquee India-Pakistan clash is set to be played at the Dubai International Stadium in Dubai on Sunday, February 23. The match is expected to attract massive viewership from across the globe and the demand for tickets is at an all-time high.
The hype was quite evident when tickets for the India-Pakistan clash were sold out within minutes when the sales began on February 03. The demand was such that ICC made extra tickets available for the high-profile encounter which were sold in another round of online sales on Sunday, February 16. Thousands of people queued up on the official website to get their hands on the tickets for the game.
The extra tickets were also sold within hours after being made available online on Sunday. The ICC confirmed in its announcement that the additional tickets will be made available from 1 PM IST on Sunday and the tickets were gone by 3 PM IST. The much-anticipated match between the arch-rivals is set to witness a packed crowd at the Dubai International Stadium which has a capacity of 25,000.
Tickets for India-New Zealand match and first semi-final available
The ICC on Sunday also made available extra tickets for India’s final third group-stage match against New Zealand in Dubai on March 03 and the first semi-final in Dubai. While the India-Pakistan match tickets were sold out within hours, fans can still buy tickets for the India vs New Zealand game and the first semi-final in Dubai.
The price of the India-Pakistan match tickets starts at AED 500 (Around Rs 11,800) while the tickets for other matches in Dubai start at AED 250 (Around Rs 5,900). India will play all their matches in Dubai in the upcoming Champions Trophy 2025 after BCCI refused to send the Indian team to Pakistan for the multi-nation tournament.
