New Delhi: England star Liam Livingstone and West Indies all-rounder Romario Shepherd have joined the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB)squad ahead of the resumption of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. The overseas players, who had left for home after the suspension of the league last week, have started returning steadily and linking up with their respective squads.
Shepherd arrived in India alongside fellow West Indies players Andre Russell and Sunil Narine on Wednesday. The trio was also accompanied by former West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo, who is currently serving as the mentor for KKR this season. Bravo shared a video of the group’s arrival back in India on his social media accounts.
Livingstone, who was not picked in England’s white-ball squads for their upcoming series against West Indies, has also linked up with the RCB squad. Having not been picked in the England squads, Livingstone is set to be available for RCB till the end of the IPL 2025. RCB are close to qualifying for the playoffs having already secured 16 points in 11 matches this season.

Livingstone has not enjoyed a great campaign for RCB in the IPL 2025. The English all-rounder has so far played 7 matches for the franchise this season and has managed only 87 runs at a strike rate of 127.94 with a solitary fifty. Nonetheless, Livingstone will be one of the key players for RCB as they look to go the distance in IPL 2025.
Shepherd, on the other hand, has played only 4 matches for RCB this season. However, he won the hearts of RCB fans with his stunning knock of 14-ball 53 against Chennai Super Kings at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The West Indies all-rounder smashed the fastest fifty by an RCB batter to help them beat CSK for the second time this season.
