New Delhi: With 20 years of experience, The Miz has done some great things for the company over the years. He is one of the most experienced stars on WWE’s roster. He won several championships for the company and has seen great success outside the business.
The Miz recently admitted that it is very difficult to secure spots in Premium Live Events under the leadership of Triple H. After Vince McMahon’s temporary retirement, Triple H took over as the Head of Creative in WWE back in 2022. After that, Vince McMohan officially resigned from WWE and TKO Holdings.
The Miz who is set to host WWE SummerSlam this year, talked about Triple H’s leadership on The Rich Eisen Show and credited him for boosting the company’s popularity. He said that there are many WWE superstars right now who didn’t get the SummerSlam card.
“I’ve never seen WWE so popular in my twenty-year career. I’ve never seen so many superstars that we consider what we call ‘over.’ Which means when they come out into the crowd, the crowd goes ecstatic” said The Miz.
He also said that there are so many superstars who are engaged with the crowd whether they are getting cheered or being booed. “It’s whether they’re booing them or cheering them; they’re highly engaged. And there are so many superstars right now that it’s hard to get on a SummerSlam card. Like, right now, getting on a PLE is very, very difficult” The Miz added.
‘Locker room is at all-time high of positivity’: The Miz
The Miz also said that the WWE stars are always evolving and want to give audience the best form of entertainment.
“We’re always evolving as WWE superstars. Whether you’re a superstar or a company in total, we’re always to make sure that the audience gets what they need. We want to give them the best form of entertainment that we can possibly give them, and right now, the locker room is at an all-time high of positivity” he added.
SummerSlam 2024 will feature seven matches and many big stars, including The Miz will miss out on performing in the mega event.
