New Delhi: The WWE’s premium pay-per-view Bad Blood just concluded and fans witnessed some unexpected returns and a to-notch fight card at the State Farm Arena, Atlanta on October 6, Sunday. Two members of the Bloodline family made their return in Bad Blood, The Rock and Jimmy Uso.
The Bad Blood started with a Hell in a Cell match between Drew McIntyre and CM Punk. It was one of the best matches at the Bad Blood. The fight began with some trading shots between both fighters. McIntyre landed some shots on Punk early in the fight, but Punk blocked one of McIntyre’s kicks, threw him into the corner, and then pushed him into the cage.
Punk grinded a wrench to McIntyre’s face and then tried to set up a table in the middle of the ring, Punk dropped McIntyre on the edge of the table but McIntyre fought hard and punished him into the cage. McIntyre was shouting in the middle that ‘he will finish Punk’s career’ and sledging him. Punk countered with a knee to his face.
Punk came on top but McIntyre countered with a belly-to-belly Supplex but Punk immediately hit the toolbox to the face of McIntyre and McIntyre was pouring blood and again Punk shot the toolbox to McIntyre. Punk landed a knew, hit his signature Go to Sleep with the chain, and pinned McIntyre.
In the main event, Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns take on the Bloodline. Rhodes and Fatu started things off in the fight. Fatu absorbed a nasty kick by Rhodes but countered with a superkick and tagged immediately Solo Sikoa. Meanwhile, Reigns offered his hand to Rhodes to tag him in. Reigns and Sikoa were facing off each other, Sikoa hit a headbutt to Reigns and mocked him but Reigns was standing and blocked his headbutt.
Reigns and Rhodes’ team dominated the fight and defeated easily The Bloodline of Sikoa and Fatu. After the match Jimmy Uso entered the arena to hug Reigns, it was a reunion of both fighters and then The Rock also made his entrance to the ring and raised the hands of the winners.
