Kohli’s ride in T20 WC
While the last game proved out to be sensational for the run-machine, the tournament earlier did not treat Kohli well as he struggled to score runs in the US and West Indies. The star batter also faced a lot of criticism for being selfish till the last game where his knock set the tone for India batting first.
He scored a 59-ball 76 in the final against South Africa where India scripted a narrow seven-run win in Barbados winning the showpiece event for a second time.
