The store features both physical checkouts and self-checkout drop-off points, which, along with the fitting rooms, structure the customer’s journey within the retail space. These zones have been carefully positioned to align with the natural flow of foot traffic, ensuring a seamless and efficient shopping experience.

One of the most striking aspects is the façade. With an impressive height of 10 metres, it stands as an iconic and recognisable feature. Its steel-panelled finish creates a strong aesthetic and material connection with the store’s interior design.

The store’s neutral palette reinforces Bershka’s globally recognised identity. Stone and steel cabinets provide durability and a sleek, contemporary feel, while fitting rooms lined with white tiles evoke a sense of cleanliness and spaciousness.

Bershka’s Online Platform

Bershka has launched its first store in India alongside its official e-commerce platform, offering customers the ultimate shopping experience from the comfort of their homes! The online platform, BERSHKA.COM, features a wide range of products from all brand lines: BERSHKA, BSK Teen, and WOMAN/MAN.

Shipping costs are Rs 290.00, with free shipping available for orders over Rs 2,990 on non-discounted items. In-store pickup orders are also eligible for free shipping.

Bershka’s Loyalty Programme – BERSHKA MMBRS

With the launch of its physical and online stores, customers can now join BERSHKA MMBRS, the brand’s exclusive loyalty programme, to enjoy financial incentives when registering with Bershka or subscribing to its newsletter.
