Conor McGregor backs Dana White after axing UFC fighter

New Delhi: UFC President Dana White removed Muhammad Mokaev after UFC 304 in Manchester, England on July 28, Sunday. After axing Mokaev many fans supported him questioning ‘Why a 13-0 fighter can be removed from UFC’ but UFC superstar Conor Mcgregor backed Dana White’s decision and supported him.

Recently, Mokaev fought in UfC 304 prelims where he was in a heated feud with Manuel Kape, Kape, and Mokaev were so very hyped up before the fight as they were in a brawl in the weigh-in of UFC 304. Mokaev defeated Kape by unanimous decision and kept his unbeaten run to 13-0.

Miokaev was fighting his last fight from his contract, but aftermath, Whute was not convinced to renew the contract Mokaev to stay in the promotion.

“The matchmakers aren’t big fans of his for many different reasons, and not just because [of his fighting style]… there’s a lot of people who shoot takedowns in this in this business,” he said. “There are a lot of guys that fight with that type of style, but it’s a lot more than just that. McGregor backed Dana’s decision by saying on social media that ‘It’s the boss’s choice they can have him or not’. McGregor didn’t fight for the last three years and fans are waiting for his return to the octagon.

Meanwhile, Mokaev still wants to be re-signed by Dana White as his dream is to become UFC champion and said “My dream is to become UFC champion I turn them all down because UFC gave me the platform to put my name out there and earn money to feed my family,” he wrote on social media. ” Also PFL didn’t have any flyweight division.
