The situation is such that ITDA experts constantly warn the departments but the departments are not paying any attention to this.
In July last year, 22 days’ worth of data of 3.5 lakh employees, pensioners and dependents disappeared from the Treasury Directorate’s ITDA State Data Center.
Even after trying for three days, ITDA experts were unable to recover this data. It was fortunate that the Treasury Directorate had its backup.
