Mumbai: The grand celebration of the first anniversary of the consecration ceremony (Pran Pratishtha) of Ram Lalla at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya has begun with great fervour. Last year, the historic Pran Pratishtha ceremony was conducted on January 22, 2024. However, this year, the anniversary is being observed on January 11, as per the Hindu Panchang and Tithi. The three-day celebration started with a majestic Maha Aarti, followed by the Abhishek and Shringar of Ram Lalla. - Discourses on Lord Ram’s Life: Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Swami Vasudevacharya will deliver a sermon on the life of Lord Ram at Angad Teela during the day.
- Cultural Programs: From 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, the audience will be treated to mesmerising cultural performances. Esteemed artists such as Malini Awasthi, Kumar Vishwas, Anuradha Paudwal, and Kavita Paudwal will enchant attendees with devotional songs and bhajans.
