4 medium-sized potatoes

1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon chaat masala

1 teaspoon black salt
2 tablespoons tamarind chutney
2 tablespoons green chutney
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
Sev (crunchy chickpea noodles) for garnish

How to make aloo chaat

Prepare the Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Boil the cubes until they are tender but not mushy. Drain and let them cool.
