New Delhi: There was a marginal increase in the prices of gold on August 12, 2024, i.e. Monday. Indian Bullion Jewelers Association reported that the rate of gold rose by Rs 29 to Rs 69,729 as against the previous closing of Rs 69663 per 10 grams. The silver price increased by Rs 76 against Rs 1/kg to Rs 80336/kg.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for October delivery traded higher Rs 87 or 0.12 per cent at Rs 69,982 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 17,282 lots.
