Hamas Militant Aziz Salha, Photographed Perpetrator of Ramallah Lynching, Killed In Israeli Strikes

Gaza: Israel Defense Forces on Thursday said that Hamas Militant Aziz Salha, who was involved in a lynching incident in Ramallah in the year 2000 has been eliminated in the airstrikes carried out by the forces.

In a post on X, the IDF said that Salha was involved in terrorist activities in the areas of Judea and Samaria.

“We eliminated terrorist Aziz Salha, who took part in the Ramallah lynching in Oct. 2000, in the area of Deir El Balah in central Gaza. Salha took part in the brutal lynching of Sergeant First Class (Res.) Yosef Avrahami and Corporal (Res.) Vadim Norzhich in Ramallah in 2000. Salha was photographed with blood on his hands waving from a window following the lynching,” IDF posted on X.

“Salha was involved in terrorist activity in Judea and Samaria and remained involved in Hamas terrorist activities,” they added.

Earlier, the Israeli military conducted a highly coordinated strike on an underground bunker in south Beirut, where Nasrallah and several other Hezbollah leaders were killed while they were in a meeting. This bunker was situated approximately 60 feet below a busy street, illustrating the precision of the operation following months of intelligence gathering.

At 64 years old, Nasrallah led Hezbollah, a powerful paramilitary group recognized as a terrorist organization by the US. His death raises questions about the group’s future leadership at a crucial time, as tensions in the region escalate. The potential implications of his death could ignite a wider conflict involving both Iran and the United States.

According to reports, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei had warned the Hezbollah leader to flee Lebanon days before he was eliminated in an Israeli strike.
