New Delhi: Harry Brook was outstanding against Pakistan in the previous tour at their home and he has started the ongoing tour against the Men in Green in a similar vein. On Wednesday, the talented English batter continued his excellent form in the longest format of the game, smashing his sixth Test hundred on the third day of the first Test match in Multan.
Brook showcased his masterclass once again with a century in just 118 balls, smashing the Pakistan bowlers all around the stadium. This was his fourth century against Pakistan in just six innings. In the previous Test innings, he scored 108 in the Multan Test back in 2022 while came up with another hundred (111) in the Karachi Test in the same year.
Additionally, a century in the ongoing Test match adds to his record. The stylish English player created a big record against Pakistan with his sixth Test century.

Harry Brook now has the most number of centuries in Test format by a visiting player in Pakistan. He came up with his fourth hundred in his 6th Test innings and leads the list of the oversees players. Meanwhile, Indian stalwart Mohinder Amarnath also has four Test centuries to his name in Pakistan but in 18 innings and stands third in the queue.

Meanwhile, Joe Root and Brook led the charge for the English team on the third day of the match with a sensational 200-run unbeaten partnership. Root also etched his name in the history books by smashing his 35th Test ton. England still trail Pakistan by almost a 100-run margin, after the latter scored 556 runs in the first innings of the game.
